How Can you achieve Canadian citizenship?

There are three different avenues available to achieve Canadian citizenship.

For those that initially held citizenship in a different country, the most common way to achieve Canadian citizenship is through Naturalization. Naturalization is also known as a “grant of citizenship.” Through this approach, an individual receives Canadian citizenship because they have fulfilled the mandatory requirement of being a permanent resident and meet other crucial factors such as completing a language test and passing a citizenship examination.
