We have Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants (RCIC’s) that are licensed and were issued a letter of authority by the Immigration Consultants of Canada Regulatory Council (ICCRC).

The letter of authority gives us the ability to advise clients on all immigration matters. Our RCIC’s have attended a certificate degree program on immigration law and passed a skills examination to obtain their license. As immigration laws constantly change, we are evaluated every year by the ICCRC to ensure we remain updated with the Canadian immigration system.

While both are fully qualified to assist you and provide legal representation on your immigration situation, lawyers specialize in various legal matters, including immigration law and are known to be quite costly.

Immigration consultants have the competence and expert knowledge of Canadian immigration and offer cost-efficient solutions. The only limitation to immigration consultants is the ability to represent a client in Federal Court; only lawyers hold the ability to provide representation at this level. In all other areas of immigration, including immigration applications and cases, an immigration consultant can act as your representative.

Our office is open from Monday to Saturday between 10 Am to 6 Pm. Due to COVID-19, all appointments will be conducted virtually by appointment only, following the City of Ottawa Public Health regulations. These measures are put in place to prevent the spread of Covid-19.
